I’m Kristin. I am a holistic and wellness coach. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
My Heal Organically Journey
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
My Heal Organically experience started over eight years ago, and it continues to this day. From having my gallbladder removed, experiencing digestive issues and finding a naturopathic doctor, this was the beginning of my journey. I literally learned how to eat well, deal with emotional issues, and many other struggles that came my way.
It wasn’t easy. Believe me. It was a lot of crying, anger, frustration and finally a sense of really knowing who I really am. I really became aware of how my body functions, how I deal with emotions and realizing that it is a daily process. Healing is a journey, not a destination. Whatever that healing journey is for you, as a coach, I put the power back in your hands to really focus on YOU, your goals and help you heal yourself from the inside out.
Digestive/Gut Issues – Anything from an upset stomach to bowel issues, we will work together on an elimination diet to see what the issues that contribute to your specific digestive issues, and help you feel better fast!
Food Sensitivities – If you are unsure if you are sensitive to any type of food, or you have a food allergy, we will work together to see what fits best into your life. It’s important to remember that there are so many food choices, and it is fun to create a dietary plan specific to you!
Sugar Cravings – This seems overwhelming, but it is a process, and it doesn’t have to be painful. We will work through emotional and physical steps to reduce/eliminate those sugar cravings, and get you back to feeling clear, well and in control.
Low Energy – This could be related to food choices, environment or hormones. We will work through some options to see how they may benefit and increase your energy.
Weight Loss – A personal struggle at times, but with clean eating, comes an added bonus of weight loss. It doesn’t have to be complicated. It just takes time and patience.
Inspiration – What is inspiration? I find that inspiration is food for your soul. Let’s figure out what food for your soul is for you.
